Who we are

Olvido Holdings operates Demandkind and demandkind.com. This notice explains how information is used in connection with our website, business inquiries, client services and optional support text messages. We serve business customers in the United States.

Information you provide

Our inquiry form collects your name, email address, organization, optional website, service interests, project or challenge, timeline and any additional information you choose to provide. We use this information to review your inquiry, respond and discuss the scope and suitability of our services. Submitting an inquiry does not book a call, commit you to a service or enroll you in text messages.

When we work together, we also process communications, service requests, materials you provide, and account or invoice information relevant to the engagement. We use that information to deliver agreed services, communicate with participating parties, administer the relationship and address requests. Please do not submit passwords, payment-card details or sensitive personal records through the inquiry form.

Website technology and cookies

Squarespace hosts this website and processes form submissions. Form notifications are sent to our Google Workspace email. Squarespace analytics and activity logs may collect information such as IP address, browser and device information, pages visited, referring pages and visit times to operate the site, understand its use and support security.

The site uses required and analytics cookies. Non-essential cookies are not currently restricted by a site consent banner. You can manage or block cookies through your browser; doing so may affect site features. Our contact form uses Google reCAPTCHA to help prevent spam and abuse, and the website loads Adobe Fonts. These providers may receive technical information when their resources load.

Optional support text messages

Telnyx manages our SMS service. Support messaging is for authorized contacts of active paid monthly-service customers in the United States who separately choose to participate. Information involved may include your mobile number, consent and withdrawal records, message content and delivery information. It is used to provide support, appointment, service-status and account messages and manage your messaging preferences. This support program does not include marketing.

SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. Providing a phone number, submitting an inquiry or accepting a service agreement does not by itself provide SMS consent. Email support remains available at luna@jonesweb.club. To withdraw consent, reply STOP to the number sending program texts or contact us by email or phone. For help, contact us directly. Service providers and sharing

Information is processed by providers needed to host and operate the website, handle communications and deliver agreed services, including Squarespace, Google Workspace, Google reCAPTCHA, Adobe Fonts and Telnyx. Messaging carriers also process information necessary to deliver texts. We do not currently use a CRM tool.

Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in or consent information are not sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Providers and carriers may process the information necessary to operate and support messaging. Information may also be disclosed when legally required. Information and summaries prepared as part of an engagement are shared with the participating parties for that engagement.

Retention

Our retention criterion for information used to prepare engagement summaries is completion and delivery of those summaries to the participating parties; retention expires after that step. This is an event-based criterion rather than a fixed number of days. It does not mean that copies held by recipients or records retained by service providers are erased at the same time. Contact us about retention or deletion of a particular inquiry, communication or service record.

Your choices and requests

You can contact Luna Arden using the details above to ask about your information or request access, correction or deletion. Rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law. We may need to verify your identity or authority before acting on a request. For data we process on a client's instructions, requests may need to be directed to that client. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure.

Processing locations and updates

Our customers and intended SMS recipients are in the United States. This does not mean that all service-provider processing is confined to the United States; provider privacy notices describe their processing practices. Our services are intended for business use. We may update this notice and its effective date as practices change. A policy update does not expand an existing SMS consent.
