Demandkind Support Messaging

Who this program is for

Demandkind, an Olvido Holdings company, uses Telnyx to manage support SMS. This program is for authorized contacts of customers with an active paid monthly-service contract, with recipients located in the United States. It covers support requests, appointments, service-status updates and account or billing notices. Marketing is excluded.

Your separate choice

Participation requires your own separate opt-in for the mobile number you provide. Consent is optional and is not a condition of purchasing services. Payment, accepting a contract, providing a phone number or submitting a website inquiry does not enroll you. Any support SMS consent checkbox must be separate, optional and unchecked by default. You must be the subscriber or authorized user of the number and tell us if it changes.

Messages may use automated technology. Message frequency varies with service activity. Message and data rates may apply. Routine support-program messages are limited to the period of active monthly service. This page does not enroll you or authorize texts to other people.

Stopping messages and getting help

Reply STOP to the number sending program texts to opt out. You can also contact Luna Arden at luna@jonesweb.club or 937-355-8167 to withdraw consent or get help. A nonpromotional confirmation may follow an opt-out. Withdrawing SMS consent does not end your support service; email support remains available at the address above.

Use and delivery

SMS is not an emergency channel. Do not send passwords, payment-card details or sensitive records by text. Delivery depends on carrier and network availability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy and changes

See our Privacy Policy for information about the data involved, service providers, retention and privacy requests. This support program does not include marketing enrollment. Changes to these terms do not expand the scope of your existing consent; a different messaging purpose requires a separate choice where applicable.
